Yes. If our analysis shows your reconciliation chance is below 30%, we’ll let you know and confirm whether you want to continue or request a refund.
You’ll have three options:
1. If you’d like a refund, we’ll provide a full refund.
2. If you’d like to receive a complete analysis of your situation, you’ll be charged only for ‘Analysis Service’ and refunded the rest.
3. If you still choose to proceed with ‘Tailored Solution’ or ‘Complete Solution’ coaching service, please note that once the service has started, no refunds will be issued.
4. If we fail to deliver what we promise, or if your satisfaction is not met, you may request a full refund within 30 days.

We currently provide only email coaching because our services are designed to deliver the best results. Phone sessions (1–2 hours) often leave clients feeling overwhelmed, forgetting to ask the right questions, or unable to remember all the advice afterward.
Email coaching avoids these problems and offers unique benefits:
1. Guidance you can revisit anytime – Everything is written down, so you can return to your analysis, action plan, and text guidance whenever you need.
2. Time to organize your thoughts – Writing your story allows you to reflect and ensure you’ve included everything important, making the process more effective.
3. No time pressure – Unlike phone coaching, you have plenty of time to prepare your story. With a clear, organized application, you’ll receive more precise and effective results.
For now, no. Most of our clients prefer email coaching and find it more helpful and effective. However, if there is enough demand for phone coaching in the future, we may consider adding it.
The timeline depends on which coaching service you choose:
1. Analysis Service – You’ll receive a complete analysis within 2 – 3 business days after submitting your story. This is the fastest option if you want quick clarity about your situation.
2. Tailored Solution – You’ll receive your results within 5–7 business days. We provide a complete analysis and then carefully craft a detailed action plan and tailored text guidance. This process takes more time because each step is designed to give you the best possible results.
3. Complete Solution – This service is limited to a maximum of 30 private clients. If it shows as currently full, please contact us directly to check availability.
Notes:
● If you add significant updates after your first submission, delivery may take longer. That’s why we recommend following our story format — it makes your story easier to write and helps ensure you don’t miss important details.
● While you wait for your full results, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a light action plan, so you’ll know exactly what to do in the meantime.
We process payments securely through Stripe, which supports credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. With this payment gateway, your transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
Here’s what to expect step by step:
1. You’ll receive a confirmation email for your payment.
2. Review the Application Guide, which includes the story format.
3. Write your story following the format and submit it through Submit Your Story.
4. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the expected delivery date of your results, along with a light action guide to follow while you wait.
5. After receiving your results, you may send us one Q&A email (included in your coaching service) within 3 days if you have questions about your analysis, action plan, or text guidance.
The Complete Solution gives you a full 3-month transformation. You can expect deep one-on-one work on rebuilding self worth, creating inner security, gaining relationship clarity, mastering attraction, improving communication, and learning how to build healthy, lasting love.
Yes. Your privacy is one of our highest priorities. Everything you share in your application, along with the results you receive from us, is kept strictly confidential. None of your personal information (such as your name or address) will ever be shared with a third party.
If, during your reconciliation journey, you face an emergency because you couldn’t follow the action plan and need further guidance, you’ll need to apply again through the Analysis Service. In your story, simply mention that you previously used the Tailored Solution and now need additional coaching.
That said, if you follow the action plan and text guidance we provide, you shouldn’t need extra coaching.
For clients who want peace of mind and real-time support throughout the entire journey, the Complete Solution is the best choice.
A light action plan gives you simple, immediate steps to follow so you don’t feel lost during the waiting period. It’s not as detailed as the full action plan, but it helps you avoid common mistakes and gives you direction right away.
For Tailored Solution and Complete Solution clients: A light action plan is sent while you wait for your full results, so you have clear guidance during the waiting period.
For Analysis Service clients: The light action plan is delivered together with your analysis results, giving you both clarity about your situation and a few practical steps you can take immediately.
